Typical days nutrition plan:

  • 5:00am pre workout - 1/2 cup rice, 6 eggwhites.
  • 7:30am post workout - UPS WPI Protein Shake, ½ cup oats, 1 Banana (or dextrose)
  • 9:30am – 150grms Chicken, 200grms broccoli.
  • 1:00pm – 120grms Tuna / Salmon, salad, 1 whole egg.
  • 3:00pm - UPS Sustain Protein Shake, 1/4 cup almonds and walnuts.
  • 6:00pm – 150grms Kangaroo / Beef, 200grms Veg, 4 Flaxseed caps.
  • 9:00pm Before bed – Casein Protein shake, 1 tablespoon almond butter / walnut oil. green teas and approx 6 litres of water.

Typical weeks excercise plan:

  • Monday Walk 45mins
  • Tuesday F/Body: Back, Rear Delts, Tri’s, Abs Hatha Yoga 1hr
  • Wednesday 20mins intervals
  • Thursday F/Body: Back, Hammies, Glutes, Delts, Bi’s Friday Walk 45mins Bikram Yoga 1.5hr
  • Saturday F/Body: Back, Rear Delts, Tri’s, Core.
  • Sunday Legs: Quads, Calves.
